- Paper bags or small envelopes (24 of them)
- Markers, crayons, or colored pencils
- Stickers and glitter (because sparkle is magic!)
- Tape or glue
- String or ribbon
- Small treats or notes (like jokes, sweet messages, or tiny toys)
- A big board or wall space to hang your calendar

Step-by-Step Guide


1. Decorate each bag or envelope. Use your markers, stickers, and glitter to make each one special.
2. Number them from 1 to 24! Don’t worry if your numbers are wobbly – elf handwriting looks wiggly, too!
3. Fill each one with a surprise. Here are some fun ideas:
    - A piece of candy
    - A Christmas joke (Want to hear one? What do snowmen eat for breakfast? Ice Krispies!)
    - A little note telling a cozy winter activity like “Drink hot cocoa” or “Wear your warmest socks.”
4. Attach the bags or envelopes to the string with clothespins or tape them to the board.
